Service Agreements
By signing a Technical Support Contract between us, you ensure that your production runs smoothly. The supervision is carefully designed exclusively for the needs of your own production.
A Service agreement contains the following services:
- Scheduled Service during Business Day and Hours (Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm)
- Immediate response in the event of a breakdown of your production (not beyond the next day)
- Annual predetermined visits for general inspection
- Collaboration for planning the next visit
- Software Back-up and Service History
- 15% discount on the price list of customer service without contract.
