By signing a Technical Support Contract between us, you ensure that your production runs smoothly.  The supervision is carefully designed exclusively for the needs of your own production.

 

A Service agreement contains the following services:

 

  • Scheduled Service during Business Day and Hours (Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm)
  • Immediate response in the event of a breakdown of your production (not beyond the next day)
  • Annual predetermined visits for general inspection
  • Collaboration for planning the next visit
  • Software Back-up and Service History
  • 15% discount on the price list of customer service without contract.
